Gary Kirsten's World Cup mantra for Team India

New Delhi: This March, all of India has a simple, single dream. To win the World Cup.
It's fitting thus that the vision statement for the Men in Blue from coach Gary Kirsten, drafted with the help of Paddy Upton and Mike Horn, is called  "Let's make our dream come true". Here is an absolutely exclusive peek at some portions of the 125-page manual that shall guide Dhoni & Co in their bid to lift the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.

Paddy Upton is India's mental conditioning coach and Mike Horn is a motivational speaker.

The document says India's biggest worry is the pace bowling department and the team composition in light of injuries. It does a SWOT analysis and documents major challenges, listing the weight of expectations as the first and stressing on the need for team strategy.

The statement talks about the path to success, listing visualization of goals, positive thought (Are you listening Sree?), seizing opportunities and learning from mistakes as vital.

And it gives the team some heroes to learn from. First among them, not Sunil Gavaskar or Kapil Dev, but Muhammad Ali. And then Lance Armstrong

ICC targets Pakistan again

ICC has taken dope tests of Shoaib Akhtar and Kamran Akmal.A point to remember is that ICC hasn' t taken Dope tests of any player of other countries during the last 3 years while for lots of time Pakistani players have been asked for Dope Tests. This proves ICC's double standards towards Pakistan.PCB is showing no concerns over ICC's concerning behaviour.
